A long Wednesday

Today was quite a long day. We were out and about doing things ALL day. I am so tired. First off we had to find a laundromat to clean som laundry. Here are the kiddos being funny

The it was off to the Mayan to meet some friends for lunch. Unfortunatly they forgot they were meeting us and we ended up having lunch alone. It turned out okay though. They kids were surprisingly well behaved there and they had a great time. I didn't get to take many pictures because my camera ran out of batteries.

Robin saved the day with the batteries though! She met us up to go to Temple square. We went to the church's museum and had a great time. They had an I am a Child of God room where they could play.

Here is Jack building a temple.

Chloe and Brooke had a great time playing with these wall puzzles

Here they are in the tabernacle. I had to get Jack out of there fast. He couldn't stop touching stuff

Salt Lake Temple. Chloe was excited to see the place where her mommy and daddy got married

Here are the kids in front of the Reflection Pool.

The kids were so obsessed about putting their hands in any water they could find. But I couldn't blame them, it was HOT HOT out there today!

Robin was kind enough to take a picture of the kids and I in front of the temple. Cute huh?

All in all it was a great fun day, but i'm tired now. Going to bed.

Terrific Tuesday

We really had quite a terrific day. We got up in the morning and headed off to Bridal Veil Falls to see the waterfall there. The kids had a blast. At first it was pretty chilly (notice the first picture) but it warmed up quickly. They even put their feet in the water. I thought they were crazy as the water was FREEZING! After that we met up with some of my old friends and had lunch at the park. We were there for 3 hours! It was so fun to catch up with them and it was neat that we all had kids the same ages. I didn't take any pictures there, but I wish I would have :( Then off we were to the pool with Robin and William. We had such a blast there. The girls are really getting brave with their swimming. Thanks Robin! For dinner we met up with Grandma and had pizza at the park. Lucky us - Lehi is having their Round up days and they had a boutique in the park. We got some yummy cotton candy! Here are some pictures of our day Like I said above. It was kinda chilly. Here are the girls being silly at the waterfall. All Jack wanted to do was pick up rocks and throw them back in. I thought for sure he was going to fall in! Jack and Brooke throwing rocks. A really cute one of Jack All three. Think they had fun? Pool time! Showing of thier pool cheeses. This is Robin's son Will. Isn't he just the cutest??? (well, besides mine. See below) Yeah, the cutest ;) Jack enjoying some cotton candy. Would you believe that the girls don't like it? That's nuts! Here is a video of the girls swimming. They are getting so brave! I can't believe they are swimming under water!

Our fun Monday

For all those following my vacation (which is not much by the number of comments I'm getting *cough cough* Thanks KT!) haha. kidding. I wanted to update you all on our fun Monday!
Today was a full day! We had so much fun. First we went over to Thanksgiving Point to the Farm. There was a petting zoo and pony rides. Then we had lunch with Robin and Will. After naps we went back to Thanksgiving Point with my mom and my little brother and sister to see the Dinosaur Museum and a 3D movie. Followed up by dinner at Robins house. Whew! I am beat. Thought I would share our day in pictures

The kids petting the cutest little calf. Probably the cutest calf I've seen.

The kids thought it was funny that "donkey" was at the zoo. But where's Shrek?

Jack checking out the horses eating their breakfast.

Here at the goats.

The kids riding the ponies. Not the best picture, but it was the only one I had with all 3 of them in there.

Enjoying some sandwiches for lunch. mmmmm.

Back at Thanksgiving Point for the Dinosaur Museum. The kids had such a blast. Here they are with a dino leg.

Brooke all set for the 3D movie. Jack actually did really well watching for the first half, then he thought it would be even more fun to throw his glasses around. He's a pain sometimes. LOL!

I don't think it's possible for Chloe not to pose for a picture.

They had a really cool spot where the kids could play with sand in the water. Here is Jack playing in it.

Here is Kim (my sister), Chloe and Jack in front of a huge shark. Jack wanted nothing to do with it. Can't say I blame him.

All tuckered out and ready to go.

After dinner at Robin and Jason's house, we roasted marshmellows in the back yard. Jack was pretty much a turd the entire time (sorry guys!) Here is one of his sweeter moments hanging out with Will.

It was a fun day. The kids are all nestled in their beds getting ready for another fun day tomorrow!

Trip part 3 - Sunday

Today is Sunday. Time for Stuart to go home. He is leaving us here for about a week and a half to play and have fun. Poor Stu...has to work :( Chloe was actually really sad tonight and was missing him already. It was pretty sad. We spent the day with his Aunt and Uncle here that we haven't seen for a while. Then it was time to take daddy to the airport. The kids were pretty much wiped out and it was well past Jacks nap time. 10 minutes in the car and this is what we found:
Brooke

Jack

We went and spent the afternoon with my friend Robin and her baby will. This is them. We went for a walk around a duck pond and fed the ducks, but I forgot my camera. SORRY!

The kids entertained themselves at her house by playing in their dog crate. They thought it was fun to lock themselves in.

We're already having lots of fun (except when it's bedtime, that is a whole nother ball game!)
